‘Setting New Boundaries’ - Striving to deliver an exceptional client experience
At Terramark, we are the leading land surveyors in the Coastal Otago region. Land is at the heart of what we do, and whilst we aim to leave our mark on the land, we also thrive on building strong relationships and leaving a lasting impression on our clients. Our business is built by strong core values and work ethics. Our people have a passion for their work, and take pride in the quality of the projects we complete.
Terramark Ltd has evolved and grown in the decades since its
foundation in the 1970s. The company had multiple names
before rebranding in 2011 to become Terramark. The earlier
practices at Terramark were focused in the Mosgiel/Taieri
area, prompting the Mosgiel office's opening in 1973. Next
was the opening of the Dunedin office in 1982 followed by
the Balclutha office in 1984. The latest addition to
Terramark has been the opening of the Oamaru office.
Within the last decade, our services and expertise have expanded
to include a dedicated planning team to both support our surveying
services and provide expert resource management planning services
to the wider public. Dunedin’s significant growth in the education
and commercial building sector has allowed us to develop a specialist
team who have the expertise to undertake complex building Construction
Set-Out and as-built Surveys.
We encourage the sharing of knowledge and skills to foster learning and personal growth.
Terramark staff have a wide breadth of skills and we employ professionals in a wide range of roles. We have roles for all levels of expertise from graduates to licensed and experienced team members. Our roles include Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, Graduate Surveyors, Graduate Engineers, Technicians, and Resource Management Planners. We deliver all aspects of planning, land development and surveying for a wide range of projects.
