Terramark is involved in providing set-out expertise and services to the main construction contractor (Naylor Love) for the building of the new Ngai Tahu Medical Centre known as the Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub which is located in Caversham. This build is in its very early stages, and as with most projects, it starts with bulk earthworks before the more detailed works for foundation construction and finally, the build follows. Terramark will assist at the different stages, and to date has completed the initial setting out of the key features to support the bulk earthworks.

Throughout the project, our expert staff will visit the site to set out various features when requested to ensure the earthworks and subsequently, the building’s foundations are correctly positioned.
