Montrose House is a new commercial and residential building situated at the North-end of Dunedin’s CBD. The three-storey building provides a commercial unit on the ground level along with car parking and an additional 10 residential units located on the upper two storeys of the building.

Terramark’s expertise was utilised to complete the unit title subdivision survey works to facilitate the creation of new unit titles for the commercial space as well as the residential apartments.
