Terramark collaborated on the Otago Polytechnic’s newest halls of residence. Our construction set-out skills were applied to this iconic North Dunedin building.
Terramark completed Construction Set-Out works at the Otago Polytechnic Te Pa Tauira Hall of Residence in Dunedin North.
Our expertise were needed to enable the accurate positioning of the foundations for the subsequent construction of the four-storey building. During the build, it also became necessary to undertake a redefinition survey of the external boundaries to facilitate the completion of the external site works.
