Plantation Heights

Balclutha’s premiere subdivision with vast views of the landscape. Providing seventy-three sections to the growing town.

Plantation Heights is a Clutha District Council-driven development located on the rolling hills overlooking Balclutha. The development comprised seventy-three lots over two stages and offered a mix of residential and rural properties to the South Otago community.

Terramark was the lead project manager for the development and used our extensive experience and expertise to complete all of the Planning, Land Development Engineering, Construction Set-Out, and Surveying services.
